How to Delete Your Data

In-App Deletion

Log into the app, navigate to Settings > Account > Delete My Account, and confirm.

This will immediately remove your account and associated personal data from Firebase Authentication and Firestore.

If you are unable to access the app, send a deletion request to [support@soulve.online].

Processing Time
Deletion requests will be processed within 30 days. Once completed, your data cannot be restored
